We are currently working with a well-known nursery in Waterlooville, Hampshire assisting them with recruiting 2 Room Leaders! One for their Baby Room AND another for their Pre-school room.
This is a well-established day nursery with a fantastic nursery team in place!
The ideal applicant will:
* Hold a minimum of a NVQ 3 in childcare
* Have at least 2 years previous experience managerial experience or within a similar role
* have strong communication skills both written and verbal
* have a strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
* have a positive and flexible attitude
Duties will include:
* Highest standard of care and education of the children
* Team leadership and development
* Proactive and effective staff management
* Day to day management of administration and marketing for the nursery
