LKA Recruitment are recruiting for experienced Chef for a Nurse-led large residential home in Bexhill-on-Sea, TN40.
Duties

– Oversee all aspects of food production and ensure high-quality culinary dishes are prepared
– Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
– Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
– Create and maintain menus that meet the needs and preferences of customers
– Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
 
Requirements
– Cookery qualification, IDDSI modification (Desirable)
– DBS on the update service
– Drivers are desirable due to the rural location of the residential care home
 
Nice to have
– Catering Related NVQ level 2
– Food safety level 2
– IDDSI modified food
