Role and Responsibilities:
* As a Chef at our client’s organization, you will:
* Work closely with the Corporate Catering Manager to produce delicious meals and buffet offerings.
* Ensure that all food production meets excellent standards of nutrition and safety.
* Collaborate with the Supervisor and other departments to provide seamless service.
* Maintain compliance with The General Food Hygiene Regulations and Health and Safety guidelines.
* Act as the department's representative for employees (ROE).
* Foster a culture of respect and collaboration.
* Communicate allergenic information effectively to ensure the well-being of guests.
* Assist in workforce planning and staff scheduling.
* Stay up to date with risk assessment training to maintain a safe working environment.

Salary: Competitive, with overtime pay at time and a half and double rates
Shifts: Two shifts either – 7am to 3pm or 11am to 7pm
