Are you a strong and dynamic leader with proven networking skills? Are you articulate and persuasive, and able to enthuse and motivate key stakeholders and your team?
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to lead a team of dedicated colleagues at the NFU.
You will be able to travel within the East Anglia region and be the principal permanent representative and spokesperson for the NFU, acting on behalf of the organisation’s members.
To be successful in this unique role you will be able to demonstrate a track record of leading a team, with experience of getting the best from your immediate team. You will have evidence of strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
You will bring experience of interpreting complex policy issues, managing relationships and reputations with diplomacy and tact. In addition, you will have excellent writing and communication skills, with a flair for reaching wide ranging audiences.
Above all, you will relish a challenge and the chance to lead, motivate and inspire a team, whilst being the voice of British farming in East Anglia.

Salary: circa £70,000 + (dependent on experience)
