We have seen an unprecedented period of growth and we are now looking to grow our support team function. We have recently created two new opportunities for Recruitment Resourcers to join our team. This exciting opportunity will suit those who have a high level of administration experience and confidence to communicate to candidates at a high level. You'll be finding fantastic people, amazing jobs and really guiding candidates to succeed.
THIS ROLE IS WORKING FROM HOME. BOTH FULL TIME AND PART TIME HOURS WOULD BE CONSIDERED.
Role and Responsibilities
* Sourcing of candidates for, Temporary and Contract recruitment services
* Marketing suitable candidates to possible clients across to South East Wales Region
* Face to face meeting with candidates to discover requirements and how we can best asset them.
* Advertising – TotalJobs, CV Library and LinkedIn
* Interview Preparations/Interview Confirmation/Candidate registrations
* CV Searches/Watchdog Set Ups
* Pre-Screening
* Formatting CV’s
* Aftercare – Diarized & Temp Care whilst on assignment
* Resourcing Activities
* To ensure that you are performing to the highest levels in respect of Compliance
* To ensure that those applying for vacancies have the correct right to work documentation
* Payroll, Invoicing, Credit Control – Debt Chasing
* Updating candidate listing/Lead generation
* Updating system with activity

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 9.00am – 2.30pm
Location:
Langstone, Newport (Some home working following successful probationary/training period)
Salary:
£19,000 – £22,000 p/a (Pro-Rata) + Bonus (Realistic earning potential of £26000 p/a)
