You will be the type of recruitment consultant who wants to be known as the go to recruitment professional within your market sector and candidate base.
Ideally, you will be an experienced 360 Accountancy and Finance recruitment consultant, or you could be experienced in another perms professional services sector (HR, Legal, Technology, Sales/Procurement) and could transfer your skills to the booming Accountancy and Finance niche.

You have a growth mindset and want to work with a team of recruitment professionals that are at the top of their game. You will be able to choose the career path that matters to you, whether that be staying on the desk and growing your niche, or, you may have your sights set on a division of your own. Both are achievable here because your development plan is built with you in the lead. You will have your own territory to fully develop, with lots of warm client and candidate leads to start you off.
