Are you a friendly and professional individual looking for a really exciting new role?! We are looking for a lively and pro-active individual to join our lovely client on their Reception area – you will provide a professional, welcoming and five star greeting to all visitors to our clients’ fabulous site located in Nottingham City Centre – whilst also assisting with events and the daily running of the impressive building space.
You will manage bookings of all meeting spaces and ensure the guest experience is always the best it can be.
You will support the wider team and be the first point of contact for all occupiers and visitors.
You will be a key figure in the Nottingham team.
You will lead on meeting and greeting all occupiers and visitors and take responsibility for the overall appearance of the reception, common areas and the entrance to the building. In addition, you will manage all meeting room bookings and co-ordinate the set-up of meeting spaces/AV equipment to client satisfaction to ensure meetings run seamlessly.
You will support and be supported by the Operations Manager and Site Team of the facility.

* Pro-active and enthusiastic manner
* Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating across at various levels
* Proactive, flexible attitude to the changes to the company, IT systems and the role
* Fast and accurate typing skills
* Able to use own initiative
