Main duties:
Working closely with the Sales Manager, you would be providing customer service and performing administrative tasks whilst developing relationship with new and existing clients, in order to increase the growth of the business, focusing on the French speaking market
The Role
– Handling inbound customer service calls and emails
– Maintaining strong relationship with new and existing client
– Dealing with customers enquiries
– Processing sales orders and preparing quotations
– Providing customer care and support
– Advising customers on products and upselling/cross-selling when possible
– Generating sales leads
The Candidate
– Fluent in French, written and spoken
– Previous Customer Service experience is essential
– Team Player
– Able to prioritise and multi-task, work on own initiative
– Computer literate
The Salary: up to £30.000 pa + benefits (including 25 days holidays/annum+ option to buy an extra 5 days)
