Quantity Surveyor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £50000 – £55000/annum + benefits
Our client is a small, friendly, privately owned business based in Wakefield, with 20 years’ experience building high end Care Homes both locally and nationally. They hold an excellent reputation in this sector and with a strong network of clients, they have pipeline secured for the next two years.
Due to this continued success they are now seeking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to be based at their office in Wakefield. Working alongside an Estimator and with a direct reporting line to the MD, you will be expected to carry out all commercial duties and must therefore have the ability to work autonomously.
Requirements
* Experience of working as Quantity Surveyor in a Build Contracting environment is essential.
* Experience of new build care home projects is preferable.
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a close knit team.
