Salary : £25000 – £28000/annum

12 month Fixed Term Contract
Remote role with occasional travel to Luton / London Offices
£25,000 to £28,000 per annum dependent on experience
We are looking for a QHSE Co-ordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract, with great potential to go permanent. You’ll provide day to day administrative support to the health & safety department, contributing to the long‐term development of the QHSE function.
Our QHSE team supports the wider business on a national scale, offering the opportunity for the right person to progress their career and gain extensive experience within a fast paced commercial environment.
As QHSE Co-ordinator you’ll be:
* Assisting with the control, monitoring, and implementation of QHSE group standards
* Monitoring and co-ordinating the QHSE inbox, responding to requests and queries from internal and external stakeholders
* Controlling and administering the QHSE Compliance registers
* Working collaboratively with key stakeholders on improvement projects
* Assisting in preparation of QHSE communications, including QHSE information to assist with tender responses
* Supporting in the maintenance and continual improvement of the company’s QHSE management systems
As QHSE Co-ordinator you’ll have:
* Strong project management and administration skills
* Good time management and able to meet deadlines
* Experience prioritising your workload and the ability to work independently.
* Proficient use of Microsoft programmes
* Excellent presentational skills for all correspondence, letters, presentations, and data
* Great attention to detail and able to record information accurately
* Previous H&S experience is desirable
