They have a fantastic opportunity for an administrator to support the team of consultants, based in their London office.

What you’ll be doing

You will be an important member of the team undertaking a variety of administrative tasks, but principally focusing on:

* Scheduling client site visits and organising the necessary documentation; setting up and maintaining project files; liaising with the operations team to ensure deadlines are met; and preparing reports for issuing to clients.

* Acting as a key point of contact for client enquires ensuring they are handled professionally.

* Accurately maintaining records and ensuring information is updated as required.

* Booking travel and overnight accommodation as necessary.

* General administrative support to the team.

Who they're looking for

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Pro-active and able to work to deadlines.

* A competent user of Microsoft Office.

* 3 years office experience.

* Knowledge of Oracle accounting software would be an advantage.
