Programme Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £45000 – £52000/annum + excellent benefits
A brand new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Manager to join my client on a permanent basis.
My client is an advocate of flexible working, have a vibrant atmosphere and have invested a significant amount in staff wellbeing and development.
Working on an innovative programme involving delivering a “bookless” library as well as other projects within the portfolio. You will be the conduit between the business, estates team and IT, ensuring that the programme is kept on track.
The Programme Manager will play an integral role in the delivery of this overall Portfolio. This is a complex project involving multiple stakeholders across different departments, therefore the successful Programme Manager will have previous experience of managing stakeholders across several different business areas. A background in leading large scale programmes and excellent communication skills are also essential.
You will need to have;
* A proven track record of initiating and managing large-scale Programmes within a complex organisation
* Ability to build effective relationships with, and command the respect of, a wide range of stakeholders, including senior staff members
* Ability to build effective delivery teams from different resource pools
* Demonstrably strong influencing, negotiating and communications skills with the ability to listen and respond to the needs of a wide range of stakeholders at all levels
* Prince 2 Certified
