The Opportunity
We are seeking a professional, ambitious, career minded individual to join a fun and friendly private clients team. The role is diverse and interesting, no day is generally the same.
This established branch, specialises in insuring larger properties and estates, clients with higher valued contents, such as art collections, jewellery, or wine collections. The successful Private Client Account Handler will look after a book of clients in relation to their Home Insurance.
Full training will be given within the branch on a one-to-one basis. With so many different policies and clients with interesting and complex needs there is a real emphasis on a collaborative working ethos and atmosphere in branch.

What’s needed for me to be considered?
Responsibilities
Ideally you will have good standard of general education with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in home or high net worth insurance broking. You will be given the opportunity to study for nationally recognised professional qualifications
The role will involve servicing the client’s needs throughout the course of the year; including renewals and premium negotiations, client visits and mid-term adjustments.
* Deal confidently with clients over the phone
* Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with clients and underwriters
* Demonstrate strong communication skills and an enthusiastic sales ability
