Salary : £30000 – £34000/annum

We're looking for an established Senior Account Executive looking to move up to Account Manager with a strong track record in consumer, digital PR and social media. You will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment managing the day-to-day running of a busy consumer & trade press office as well as handling big and exciting projects, stunts, activations and campaigns for our high-profile food and drink clients.

Job Description:

* Understanding and practical application of PR and social media strategies

* Copywriting including features and press releases

* Pitching news angles to consumer and trade media

* Forward planning for features and helping with feature responses

* Help to plan and coordinate press events and PR activations

* Creative thinking to come up with new and creative ideas

* Content plans, copywriting posts and responses for social media

* Working with influencers, researching and agreeing content creation and other activations

* Keeping Director up to speed with progress

* Organising and fulfilling press packs and influencer gifting

* Budgeting

* Content and time plans

* Keeping the team up to date with all developments and managing expectations

* Monitoring coverage and ROI

* Creating coverage reports and analysis of campaign effectiveness

* Managing an intern ensuring they provide a valuable support to you and the team

Person Specification:

* Previous experience in a similar role managing PR programs which includes social media either in-house for a brand or agency-side for multiple clients

* Ideally you will have progressed through an agency role and be working as a Senior Account Executive or Account Manager currently.

* A strong understanding of PR (consumer and trade) as well as social channels

* Demonstrate how they have managed PR campaigns and effectively driven results

* Demonstrate high quality examples of content they have created on behalf of brands

* Experience of creating and planning content calendars is essential

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

* Creative flair with an interest in food photography

* Ability to work as part of a team and take direction

* Drive and motivation to continually improve and develop

* Ability to use initiative to solve problems and think creatively with guidance from Director

Additional Information:

* Based in Leatherhead

* £30,000 – £34,000

* Monday – Friday working hours
