Plant Operative
Are you passionate about creating green power and contributing to a sustainable future? Our client is looking for a Plant Operative to join their team and play a crucial role in operating their Anaerobic digestion plant. We are seeking a dedicated we are seeking a dedicated hard working plant operative.
Responsibilities of a Plant Operative:
* Operate heavy machinery to handle and move materials within the energy from waste plant, ensuring efficient fueling of the plant.
* Perform industrial cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the facility operates at peak performance.
* Adhere to strict health and safety standards to maintain a secure working environment.
* Support in daily maintenance and monitory of the facility
* Work as part of a team.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a heavy processing environment, manufacturing, power generation, waste management, or related sectors.
* Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team.
* Motivated and driven individual dedicated to environmental sustainability.
* Experience Operating Telehandler
* SCADA Knowledge is beneficial but not required
Key Information:
* Training provided for loading shovel and SCADA systems.
* Uniform and safety equipment provided.
* Overtime opportunities are available.
* Potential for permanent employment.
* On-site showers and a break-out room.
* 3 months Contract
* £16.75 per hour
* Located in Sunbury on the Thames
* 12 Hour shifts (Days Only including weekends)
