Patch Manager- Belfast

Apple Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Patch Manager for our public sector housing client based in Belfast. There are roles in 2 offices available.
The role is:
* Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm,
* £13.91 per hour
* Temporary ongoing.
Experience and Qualifications
Essential
* (i) Have a degree level qualification and have a minimum of 1 year
*relevant experience.
OR
(ii) B Tech Higher and have a minimum of 2 years *relevant experience.
OR
(iii) Possess 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including minimum Grade C in Mathematics and English Language, can demonstrate relevant training and have at least 3 years *relevant experience
* Candidates must demonstrate their relevant experience, for the number of years required depending upon their level of qualification in all of the following areas. Relevant experience must be directly related to housing management and must have been gained within a front line customer support environment.
* Experience of working in a customer focused environment with a proven ability of delivering a high standard of customer service
* Ability to work effectively with partners and develop professional relationships & networks across a wide range of services
* Having good problem solving skills; taking a pragmatic approach to understand and solve complex issues
* Successfully managing and prioritising a challenging workload with a wide range of responsibilities
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other professionals in challenging situations
* Possess a current driving licence
Desirable
* Previous experience of working in a role that provides support to Housing tenants/customers
* Previous experience of delivery of housing services in a social/public housing landlord.
* Ability to make effective decisions on complex issues supported by knowledge, experience and appropriate policy and guidelines
