This Oppoortunity is in a hotel situeated , Burton-on-Trent

We are looking for experienced Chefs at all levels who have a passion to create exquisite food, an eye for detail and the drive and determination to maintain and improve standards.

Qualifications and Experience Required
· You will have a good knowledge of Health & Safety and be able to use all relevant guidelines.
· You will be able to assist with the daily operations of the kitchen area.
· You will be able to assist the Head Chef in liaising regularly with all suppliers.
· You will be able to assist with the ordering and ensure that sufficient stock in maintained.
· You will assist the senior chefs in all related food hygiene regulations.
· You will be able to ensure food service in the restaurant is at the required standard.
Working Pattern:
08:00-17:30 5 days out of 7
13:30-23:00 5 days out of 7
