We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team with the potential to become Head Chef. As the Senior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production and ensuring the highest quality culinary experience for our guests. What will you be doing?

Manage and supervise the kitchen staff, including training and scheduling

Plan and execute menus, ensuring variety and creativity

Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
