This restaurant is all set up with the menus and recipes, it about running it on a day to day basis pastry chef required for the pastry department of this restaurant. Salary £31k, great standards, good use of ingredients. plus it is a 4 day week – winner!
The role
We are looking for a pastry chef at a sous chef level, you will be able to run pastry on your own with support when required. You will create the pastry items with the seasonal menus in the kitchen. This role will include all the standard duties you would expect from a pastry chef.
Experience
We are looking for a pastry chef who can do rosette level pastry. You will be organised and good at presentation, the dishes are of a rosette level.
