chef de partie or junior sous chef, 4 day week, amazing produce and local produce. Chef de partie, £29k salary with a 4 day week chef de partie and 31k for a junior sous chef. The junior sous chef and chef de partie is required for a kitchen within driving distance of Darlington. This is a fantastic kitchen and has a great concept for Restaurant dining. This kitchen is looking for a junior sous chef or a chef de partie who has passion for ingredients to run a restaurant section.
The role
We are looking for a junior sous chef OR chef de partie with passion for ingredients to run one of the sections in the kitchen. You will ensure your section is ready for service, cook in service and ensure the local produce is showcased in a fantastic way. This role will include all the normal junior sous chef or chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a junior sous chef or chef de partie with good knife skills and passion for local ingredients, you will need to love produce and have a passion for this. The kitchen is not a standard kitchen using boring produce, they are using great produce.
