The Opportunity:
* Working within a highly organised, well equipped kitchen
* Join a team of highly trained Chefs who are passionate about cooking fresh dishes from scratch, using quality ingredients
The Person:
* Previous experience as a Pastry Chef De Partie or Pastry Demi Chef De Partie within a restaurant, hotel or patisserie who has worked in a fine dining environment or equivalent
* An interest in classical techniques
* Enthusiasm to succeed within a professional team
* The desire to challenge themselves in a busy kitchen
