Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £27000 – £28000/annum

Are you a trained Chef De Partie looking to work regular hours during the day and no evenings? Do you have a passion for producing great food with repeat customers?  If so our client in Thetford are now looking for a Chef De Partie to join their team.  The Chef de Partie will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the kitchen contributing to the preparation and presentation of quality dishes.  If you are looking for a good work life balance then this Chef de Partie role is for you.

As the Chef de Partie you will be:

Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver excellent food
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes
Monitor and manage ingredient inventory ensuring proper storage and freshness
Collaborate with other members of the kitchen to ensure smooth communication during service
Maintain a clean and organised workspace adhering to hygiene standards and Health regulations.
As the Chef de Partie you will have:

Proven experience in a relevant culinary role
Strong understanding of various cooking techniques, kitchen equipment and food safety practices
Ability to work well under pressure and within a team
Physically fit to stand for long periods in service
