Passive Fire Protection Operatives
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £160 – £170/day
Our client is part of a large Group working within the Construction, Development, M&E and Environmental industries.
They are urgently seeking to add new Fire Stopper Operatives to a well established team of Passive Fire Protection Operatives working on a range of projects.
Immediate Starts can be available for the right candidates.
Ideally, we are looking for experienced individuals to carry out Passive Fire Protection Operative works within various building environments and sites around London and Kent (South East) on a temp to perm basis.
Duties will include installation and application of intumescent coatings and fire stopping systems. The right candidates would be enthusiastic, with a 'hands on, can do' approach, willing to pitch in and help out irrespective of the works. Be a self-motivated team member with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
*Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience)
*CSCS card essential
*Asbestos Awareness certificate essential
*Face Fit and First Aid desirable
*Full current driving licence and own work vehicle is essential. If you do not have your own vehicle you will not be considered for the role
*NVQ 2 in Fire Stopping essential
