The Role:
As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be collaborating closely with the Paid Search Manager to execute the business's paid search strategy.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute search campaigns in bulk.
Conduct regular keyword research, landing page creation, and search terms analysis.
Manage and optimise Google and Microsoft Search Ads campaigns.
Oversee Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts, ensuring best practices.
Work with in-house design team for persuasive ads and landing pages.
Develop compelling ad copy communicating key product / service benefits.
Monitor, report success, and analyse campaign data for future strategies.
Assist in new ad account setup.
Track daily KPIs for improved efficiency.
Identify new areas of paid search opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Conduct A/B tests to enhance ad performance.
Requirements:
Previously worked as a Paid Search Specialist or in a similar role.
Possess 2+ years’ experience in managing Google Search Ads campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
Up-to-date Google Ads & Bing Ads qualifications.
Exceptional analytical and copywriting skills.
Mid-level expertise in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in lead generation. (Preferred)
Skilled Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. (Beneficial)
