Role will involve:
Setting up and packing all finished products ready for dispatching including static tanks of various sizes all adhering to company standards and health and safety requirements.
Ensure all tanks including large static tanks are packed and sampled in time for Customer despatch date
Place all mobile tanks under shear mixers for mixing, taking due care and attention when heavy tanks are move.
Using Counterbalance Forklift
Obtain suitable drums and labels as per Customer pack sheet.
Using Light air Flux Pumps, place pump in container and pump product into drum to the required weight 25kilo drum, 100kilo or 200kilo drum or 30kilo poly container
Push all tanks to wash bay on completion of pumping.
Pick drums from storage ready for Despatch using Customer delivery note.
Maintaining standards of hygiene, quality and product safety within the designated area in order to meet the customer service standards and maintain product integrity.
Following agreed controls for safe working practices in relation to personnel, product, processes and/or raw materials
Identifying risks and taking the appropriate actions to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience cleaning an equipped factory environment
Be responsible and risk aware ensuring safety to self and all
Ability to work on own initiative and be good at own time management
Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and management team
Have good knowledge of H&S and CoSHH
