Operations Coordinator
We are delighted to be supporting our client in recruiting an Operations Coordinator for their busy Logistics Dept.
Working in this dynamic and fast paced environment, you will need to be a confident individual who is happy to communicate and liaise with suppliers by email and phone.
The role
* Administrating all paperwork with respect to goods entering and leaving the warehouse.
* Arranging collections and deliveries by organising relevant transport
* Monitoring and responding to relevant email enquiries
* Maintaining and providing proof of shipments and exports as required
* Keeping records of Logistics declarations
* Participating in stock issue investigations
* Participating in preparation for stock audits
* Develop relationships and always communicate effectively with stakeholders
* Maintain and update ERP system to ensure stock reliability
* Be a point of contact between the warehouse team, logistics and stock management
About you ….
* Good attention to detail
* Proven background in an office environment
* Excellent IT skills including outlook, word and excel
* A confident communicator (both verbal and written) with a personable and professional manner and the ability to interact and relate to all levels of staff and build strong working relationships.
* Highly organised
* Able to work to deadlines
* Task driven and goal orientated
* Natural problem solver
* Ability to use own initiative
* Be flexible and willing to work alongside the business requirements/needs.
