Duties and responsibilities:

* Audio typing

* Answering telephone queries and directing calls to the relevant departments

* Inputting and recording data using excel.

* Ordering materials such and office supplies and cleaning products

* Filing – electronically and hard copy

* Delivering excellent customer service

* General adhoc administration duties

Requirements:

* Excellent telephone manner

* Previous experience in office management

* Computer literate

* Experience of using Microsoft packages

* Audio typing
