Office Assistant
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £10 – £10.25/hour
We are looking to recruit an experienced Office Assistant to provide excellent administrative support to a local business.
Duties will include data input, processing paperwork and fulfilling bookings across the business, updating an inhouse database (for which training can and will be provided), answering the telephone and dealing with callers to reception.
You must have excellent attention to detail, with strong PC skills, good communication skills with the ability to prioritise your workload and support sales staff with administration duties and sourcing staff from jobs boards.
There is the opportunity to diversify and follow various roles with the company, to become a multi skilled staff member.
This is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate, with a review of salary, once permanent
