Office Administrator
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £21000 – £22000/annum
We are recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join our clients growing team on a permanent basis.
Our client is an established Electrical Contractor providing services to a wide range of industrial and commercial customers.
The role will involve:
* Answering incoming calls/emails and dealing with them appropriately.
* Diary management .
* Ensuring invoices from customers/suppliers are accurately documented.
* Assisting management with tender documentation.
* Ensure customer details are kept up to date on the CRM.
* Day to day administration tasks.
* Ordering of office supplies & materials/equipment.
Experience & skills required:
* Previous experience within a similar admin role is essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Well organised due to the nature of the business.
* A good knowledge of MS Office
Working hours:
* Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00
