My client based in Horncastle are currently recruiting for a Media Sales Executive to join thier team on a Full Time Permanent basis. They are a
vibrant and modern media company and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced advertising sales team with a competitive salary and generous excellent bonus and commission structure.
The Role:
Finding out who controls the advertising budget in target organisations and contacting them
Explaining the benefits of your medium, using statistics on readership or viewing figures
Offering a price and negotiating around it
Closing the deal and recording the details
Implement sales straegy and maximise revenues across a multi-media portfolio,
Working to tight deadlines.
Manage and grow your own established client database
Help your client to meet and exceed their marketing goals.
The Person:
Sales experience – preferably in a media setting, although not essential
Proficient in digital media sales
Ability to build strong relationships in a business setting
A dedicated self-starter
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to work to strict deadlines, while continuing to provide exceptional customer service.
