The ideal candidate will have:

* Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.

* In-depth knowledge of advertising production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.

* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to address production challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

* Familiarity with a variety of media formats and platforms, from traditional to digital.

Key responsibilities:

* Lead and manage advertising production projects, including commercials, online ads, print campaigns, and more.

* Collaborate with creative teams to define campaign objectives, creative direction, and production requirements.

* Coordinate with clients to understand their branding goals, target audience, and messaging needs.

* Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

* Liaise with vendors, such as directors, photographers, and post-production studios, to ensure seamless execution.

* Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on project status, milestones, and any potential challenges.

* Conduct quality checks on all advertising assets to ensure alignment with creative vision and brand guidelines.

* Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

* Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative production techniques.
