Location(s): HMS COLLINGWOOD, Fareham, Hampshire – (Must be willing to commute 5 days a week on-site)

Here at Raytheon UK we are looking for a Media Developer with experience of media design skills for creating engaging learning content. You will be responsible for the development of creative interactive solutions and visual concepts to support training within a military environment.

The Media Developer reports to the Media Services Supervisor for the delivery of high-quality interactive content, in line with quality standards and contractual requirements. You will be expected to manage your media projects through design phases for discovery, storyboards, attending design reviews and publishing content for remote and classroom delivery.

You will be responsible for:

Creation of learning content using rapid authoring tools to create online learning materials in support of training
Creation of 2D animation sequences for insertion into courseware content
Production of technical illustrations and graphic design solutions for both print and electronic learning materials
Designing UX/UI solutions to support interactive learning content
Support the Graphic Design production output of the establishments, including large and small format
Maintain and adhere to internal quality processes, asset management of electronic files, admin systems and document management control
Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations, and procedures
Ensure MOD & Raytheon Environmental Health Safety (EHS) policies and quality procedures are always implemented and complied with.Candidate Requirements:

Essential:

The Media Developer should have a thorough knowledge and experience of media development and supporting software for creating engaging and immersive content.

The Media Developer will have:

Relevant experience in the Media Development industry for creating interactive learning content
Relevant experience in the use of Articulate Storyline for creating interactive learning content
Consolidated, animation and After Effects software skills for enhancing media content
Consolidated experience of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office based software on a PC based systemIn return you will get-
