Mechanical Contracts Engineer

Salary : £45000 – £50000/annum Plus Car Allowance/ Pension/ Health
This is a Mechanical Building Services Contracts Engineer role. Our Client is a Large, Established Building Services sub-contractor. They are looking to recruit a Mechanically-biased HVAC Engineer to work from their modern offices in Surrey.
Our client is specifically looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer with large-scale mixed-use project experience. Experience on retail / high-spec residential work would be especially advantageous. The role involves managing contracts from our clients Head Office in Surrey. Occasional trips to site (almost exclusively in London) may be required, but the role is predominantly based in Surrey.
Salary package is negotiable dependant on background.
