Our client is a well established, professional yet friendly building services contractor with an annual turnover of £15M.
They are looking for a competent M&E CAD Technician who has strong AutoCAD skills and some basic mechanical and electrical design ability.
They offer mechanical and electrical design and build solutions for a range of clients in the built environment.
You will be a proven AutoCAD Technician in the building services sector and will be equally at home producing mechanical and electrical drawings.
It would be advantageous but not essential for you to be able to perform basic mechanical and electrical design functions such as pipe and duct sizing and or cable calculations.
The role will involve dealing with internal and external design consultants to understand the design brief and drawing requirements for each project. They may be a need to modify designs where necessary and use the relevant design software to expediate this process
You will enjoy working with a friendly team of engineers and project managers in their busy office located in Lymm.
