Mechanical Project Manager

Salary : £45000 – £60000/annum car allowance, pension and others
Building services mechanical project manager for M&E contractor
Your role will be to project manage the delivery of mechanical and electrical installations to a wide range of buildings.
You will be a proven building services project manager with a strong background in refurbishment and new build schemes.
Duties:
* procurement
* programming
* management of sub-contractors
* health and safety responsibilities
* design team/construction meetings
* account management
* client interfacing
Projects to include schools, commercial offices, factories and warehouses.
Typically projects would range in value from £400k to £3M.
Ideally you will be a good all rounder who can run jobs with minimal supervision.
You will be an experienced building services project engineer with a strong mechanical background.
If you had some electrical knowledge and had worked in commercial, education or food sectors this would be an advantage.
