Office Administrator
Layka Recruitment are currently recruiting an Office Administrator to join our client based in Windsor.
This is a wonderful opportunity for an Office Administrator who is at the early stages of their office working career who is seeking an opportunity to gain some great exposure to a business and experience an office-based role.
The successful Office Administrator will be responsible for:
* Office Support
* Managing the day to day running of the office to make sure it runs efficiently
* Making sure the offices are tidy
* Ordering stationery
* Ordering tea coffee, weekly food etc
* Setting up for meetings
* Point of contact for IT and dealing with queries relating to mobile phones, printers etc.
* Arranging social events and team events
* Arranging parking permits and renew as and when required
* Compiling the quarterly Newsletter alongside Marketing
* Welcoming visitors and answering the phones
* Arranging food for meetings
* Arranging recycling of electrical equipment, confidential shredding and monitoring refuse collections
* Fire Marshall (training will be given), ensuring weekly fire alarm tests and walk arounds carried out. Secretarial
* Typing of letters, minutes
* Typing programmes
* Assist in production of presentations using Power Point
* Proof reading of documents using Excel (including formulas, etc)
* Archiving of electronic and hard copy project fold.
The Office Administrator will need to have:
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Be Microsoft office proficient including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
* Excellent customer service skills
* Drive, be forward thinking and desire to learn
