Credit Control Assistant – Media
6 Month FTC
Salary: £21,255 – £24,000
Location: Reading
We are partnering with a leading Media company based in Reading who are looking Credit Control Assistant to join them on a 6 Month fixed term contract
As a Credit Control Assistant your responsibilities will include:
Chase all purchase order numbers and ensure they are added to invoices
Manage all queries ensuring they are all resolved efficiently and within a timely manner
Escalate any issues that may require further action to your line manager
Manage and update each client record accordingly ensuring all correspondence is uploaded
Key Skills:
Excellent decision making skills
Good communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels
Excellent team player who is proactive with good problem solving skills
Ability to Prioritise to meet all targets & deadlines
The successful candidate must have recent experience with retail, customer service or credit control ideally working in a fast paced organisation. You will be well organised with an analytical mind.
