What you’ll be doing in this Marketing Manager role:
* Work closely with the owner of the business to develop a marketing strategy that aligns to the growth and plans for the company and bring new ideas to life.
* Hands on execution of your marketing campaigns from end to end, working alongside the videographer and external agencies to manage the digital marketing channels such as social media, email campaigns, SEO and PPC and slowly bringing everything in house.
* Conduct market research to gather information on consumer preferences, trends, and competitors, and collaborate with the new product development teams to align.
* Develop and enhance brand identities, and ensure it is kept consistent across all marketing activity and business units.
* Manage the marketing budgets, allocating funds, then analysing and delivering feedback and reports to the Director, ensuring spend is optimised.

Minimum requirements:
* Experience with marketing strategy and hands on implementation
* Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns, budgets and reporting on ROI
* High levels of integrity and ethical conduct
* Positive mindset and a want to create and drive growth
Salary & Details:
* £40 – 45,000 per annum
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
* Monday – Friday office hours of 9.30am – 5.30pm
* Free parking
