PPC Manager/Head Of: Drive Digital Success

In this pivotal role within our clients dynamic digital marketing team, you will spearhead the execution of high-impact PPC campaigns across diverse platforms. Your proficiency in driving traffic, optimizing campaigns, and achieving client objectives will play a vital role in ensuring the clients' digital advertising endeavors thrive and deliver exceptional returns on investment. Guiding and collaborating with a team of adept PPC specialists, you will strategize, plan, and execute campaigns while staying attuned to the latest industry trends and best practices in PPC.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement PPC strategies that align with clients' business goals and financial plans.
Create and manage a comprehensive plan for expanding and optimizing campaigns.
Skillfully set up, monitor, and fine-tune PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and more.
Maintain a vigilant watch over campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Thoughtfully allocate budgets across campaigns and platforms for optimal ROI.
Regularly update clients on budget allocations and performance through insightful reports.
Provide mentorship and leadership to a team of PPC specialists, nurturing their growth and development.
Collaborate seamlessly with other marketing teams to ensure synchronised strategies and cross-channel success.
Stay updated with evolving industry trends, algorithm shifts, tools, and emerging advertising opportunities.Skills & Experience Required:

Over 4 years of agency experience in managing PPC campaigns.
Leadership background with over 2 years leading and supporting teams of PPC executives.
Demonstrated success in overseeing effective PPC campaigns on diverse platforms.
Profound knowledge of PPC strategies, bid management, and audience targeting.
Familiarity with analytical tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Strong analytical skills, translating data into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for client and team interactions.
Proven leadership acumen to motivate teams towards shared goals.
Active awareness of digital marketing trends and PPC best practices.
Google Ads exam certifications and Looker Studio experience are assets.Desirable Experience:

Proficiency in setting up social ad campaigns, audience targeting, and ad creation.
Familiarity with DV/SA360 and CSS on Google Ads.
Exposure to Amazon Ads and other platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Spotify Ads, and Pinterest Ads.Discover the Benefits:
