Food Production Operative – Days
The Client;
A globally leading business who specialise in manufacturing food products for large retail, catering and SME across the UK and Europe.
The role;
The position is for a day and night shift food production operative. Working in a large team packing finished food products form the machines into boxes and labelling ready for dispatch.
Responsibilities;
* Putting flat packed boxes together
* Filling the machine with raw ingredients
* Packing finished products
* maintaining a clean and tidy work area
* correctly disposing of waste
* the safe operation of machinery
* Working in a clean room environment
You;
* Able to work in a fast paced environment
* pay attention to detail
* be physically fit – some heavy lifting and repetitive tasks
* Ideally have worked in a warehouse/factory – However full training will be given
* Be reliable
* Have good time keeping
* Due to location own transport is ideal
