Skills required for the Maintenance Manager position:
Expertise in asset management, along with proficiency in Microsoft applications and asset management software.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, focused on results, complemented by strong diagnostic and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, marked by a notable coaching style and outstanding people management capabilities.
Health & Safety qualifications are preferred, highlighting a commitment to the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
A recognised engineering qualification, ideally at degree level in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Experience in food, feed, or chemical production sectors is advantageous.
