Area: Daventry & surrounding areas (Leicestershire & Rutland)
Package: Up to £40,000 DOE (plus commission structure & company truck)
Hours: Mon to Fri (8-5pm)
Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Groundcare Machinery Salesperson to drive business throughout their Groundcare & Garden Machinery department across Northamptonshire, Leicestershire & Rutland – operating from their branch in Daventry.
This role is a Hybrid/field based role where you will be required to visit all Groundcare customers in your territory to understand their needs and to manage the sales process from enquiry through to demonstration, quote, sale and delivery, with a requirement to perform to a sales target.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with customers and represent the portfolio of brands to all potential customers within your territory
* Maintain up to date product knowledge of all of our key brands
* Conduct demonstration of new and used machinery ensuring customers fully understand the products and their benefits to their needs.
* Quote machines accurately and effectively to the customer in-line with their needs
Ensure products are delivered to the customer in-line with company and manufacturer guidelines
* Updating all databases and customer information accurately and managed with accordance to GDPR and other legalisation.
* Working closely with your sales manager, other sales representatives, parts department and service department to provide a seamless, market leading experience for the customer.
Experience needed:
* Highly driven to succeed & a proven track record in Sales
* Ideally with experience within the Groundcare industry
* Excellent Customer relationship skills
* Full UK Driver’s licence essential
