Job Type : Contract, Full Time

Salary : £11 – £15/annum

Carefirst Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Local Authority Administrators for various London Boroughs

The right candidate Must have Local authority experience.

Hours: Monday to Friday (37 hours per week)

LOCATIONS:

* Barnet

* Hackney

* Islington

* Redbridge

* Greenwich

* Kensington and Chelsea

DUTIES:

* Responding to customer land search enquiries by telephone and email

* Processing online land charge searches

* Process incoming and outgoing post

* Order stationery and replenish office equipment

* Maintenance of databases

* Answer and direct phone calls

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in a similar role

• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

An enhanced DBS is required for this position
