Leading commercial bank has this fantastic opportunity for a loan documentation specialist with particular focus of syndicated lending transaction management. You will need to demonstrate a thorough understanding of supporting documentation; processing of transfer certificates, and providing a seamless conduit from front to back office. Additionally, the review of new and uncommitted credit facilities, covenants agreements & trade confirmations. Experience working on Trade Finance business would be beneficial as the team cover this industry too. Knowledge of LoanIQ a plus
