Due to the US$ LIBOR transition effecting Loan & Derivatives business, we have a number of vacancies available at various levels for candidates with a background in Loan Documentation and, ideally, some experience working in previous LIBOR transition & discontinuation projects in Commercial Banking. The roles entail the scrutiny and amendment of supporting documentation of the current, substantial portfolio of Agency & Bi-lateral loans, to ensure each transaction meets new regulation, legislation, and terminology. These long-term assignments require a keen eye for detail, accuracy, the ability to work to deadlines in a high-volume environment and ideally, an understanding of the key elements of LIBOR discontinuation
