Residential Conveyancer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £35000/annum
A leading Legal 500 firm are now looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join them and their Residential Property team.
The role will involve managing files from instruction to completion. You will ideally have at least two years’ experience in dealing with all types of residential property transactions and will be confident in managing a full caseload.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career within a team of specialists
Skills and Responsibilities:
* You will be a highly knowledgeable residential property lawyer/fee earner with a broad knowledge of handling the full ambit of transactions.
* Knowledge of Residential Conveyancing procedures, documentation and searches
* The ability to work on one’s own initiative
* Excellent client care skills
* Good time management skills; the ability to manage your own workload, meet deadlines and work on files in the Department
* The ability to work as part of a team
* A positive, can-do attitude to work in an environment that can be pressurised at times
* You will have a passion for business development, working actively to strengthen and develop new client relationships.
