Residential Property Solicitor – Head of Department
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £40000 – £60000/annum
Due to ongoing expansion, my client is currently looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor to be head of their department in their expanding Mansfield, Nottinghamshire Office.
This full-time role will be varied and challenging, where you will work on your own caseload of quality residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, right to buy, leases, transfer of equity, re-mortgages and more.
The successful candidate will be expected to deal with all aspects of the matter from inception through to completion, working with a range of clients from individuals to developers and investors. The role will also involve management of the department and team where there are currently 2 secretarial support staff and a trainee solicitor. There is also a part-time solicitor who you will also be working closely with.
The ideal candidate for this role must have the following:
• 2+ years PQE
• a background in handling their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
