Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Secretary on behalf of our client, a well-established Law firm with offices across the Nottinghamshire area.

You will be supporting a fee earner, producing documents relating to the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgage and transfer of equity, new builds and Help to Buy. You will also be managing the fee earner's diary and dealing with client enquiries.

Duties will include;

* Digital dictation

* Drafting sale and purchase documentation

* Completing SDLT Forms

* Drafting bill and completion statements

* Exchanging contracts

* Setting up completion

* Diary management

* Administrative duties

* Filing

* Photocopying/scanning

* Assisting other members of the department as required

* Dealing with clients

* Pre and post completion work

The successful candidate will preferably have a minimum of 2 years previous experience assisting a residential property fee earner or team and will have and will have the ability to provide high quality support in this area. You will be organised and have exceptional audio typing skills, and excellent Microsoft skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
