Our Conveyancing client is looking to expand their team and wish to provide an opportunity to an experience and qualified conveyancing lawyer who is seeking a new challenge and eager to progress their career.

The company has seen strong growth and have recently won an extremely prestigious Award for England. They have big plans for their future so are keen to find ambitious and driven individuals with new ideas to join the existing team and to drive the business forward.

Working as a key part of their office in Burnham-on-Sea you will be in charge of existing clients initially, but ultimately you will be building your own client base to maximise your income and take control of your own clients.

This position is a high pressure, exceptionally fast paced and challenging role, so you will need to be resilient, quick thinking and possess the ability to keep a level head at all times.

Role responsibilities:

* Manage a case load of existing clients

* Develop new business ideas and gain new business

* Liaising with clients, local authorities, estate agents and other legal organisations through phone, email, post and face-2-face meetings

* Updating files and keeping accurate records

* Diary management

* Filing

* Research and development

* Building relationships

* Handle objections

Person specification:

* Highly organised

Essential experience / qualifications:

* 2 – 5 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Solicitor

* CiLex level 6 or CiLex qualified

* Working with databases and in-house computer systems to manage work flow and keep records.

* Introducing and managing new business
