NQ Solicitor – Dispute Resolution
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £36000/annum
Our client has a full time vacancy for a newly qualified Solicitor in their Dispute Resolution Business Unit. You will be managing existing clients & building on the client base already established in the area, via networking and business development. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and very experienced Dispute Resolution team.
The routine work includes dealing with the following, which ideally you will have experience in if you completed a Dispute Resolution seat during your Training Contract –
* Residential property litigation to include repossessions & boundary disputes
* Debt enforcement
* Commercial property litigation (lease renewals & dilapidation claims)
* Enforcement of restrictive covenants
* Partnership & shareholder disputes
* Contractual disputes (commercial & private)
* Construction disputes
Essential skills for this role include, attention to detail and excellent time management, a methodical approach to work, a professional and attentive telephone manner along with first-rate communication skills as client contact will be considerable.
